got the same issue with my 21 Mojave. tried to blow out the lines and air goes down to the pump and you can hear it bubbling, so I doubt that is clogged up too much.
tried going the other direction and it spit some out some on the windshield and then nothing but air. siphoned out the washer...
ain't that the freakin truth! i get tired of hearing from someone who always pipes up and says .... well back in Ohiooooooooooo we did it like this.

I hate the exterior mirrors on my JT. They are barely larger than a two packs of cigarettes. Yes I have them kicked out where you barely see the truck itself.

three words for you. local news station.
every station normally has that person on staff who likes to go out and look for issues and make their viewers aware of problems and how they help the complainant. makes them look like they are the ones looking out for their viewers.
let me assure you...
they are going to fade. so you have a couple of choices. purchase a new OEM and wait for it to fade as well. use an aftermarket product to basically die the black and most likely will have to do it every so often because the UV will eat that up.
your third choice is go get that piece painted...
