They say to mark the dipstick of the new cover at the same level as the old fill hole on the OEM cover which I did. The level is still below the axle tube and right about in line with the rear sway bar that goes side to side. I believe it's OK, just wanted to bounce it off the experts!

My new ARB Diff cover came today and I installed it. After a lot of searching, I found the M220 Rear Diff on my '22 Overland takes 3.06 Pts of gear oil. I put the two covers together and marked the dip stick at the bottom of the hole in the factory cover. Like an idiot, I dumped in two quarts...
