I will let you know … I put a stage 1 EOC tune at 16k miles… I been meaning to take a peak. I have 17777 now.
Like you, I plan to clean the tube then check again later. If it does somehow have build up, I’ll put some block off plates on it.
yuuuup, I’ve done it with and without a tazer …
with a tazer, you unmarry and program straight from the OBD port.
without a tazer, you need to use the security gateway bypass cable.
Well… yea …
but, I’ll ask if they can put another lap joint and clamp … since I am buying both.
V-bands would be optimal, and make it out of less pieces. One piece for turbos elbow all the way to the “cat back” and another piece for the cat back and all clamped with V band clamps …
I wonder if they could eliminate that gasket … I hate that kind of exhaust gasket… be nice if they could just put another clamp and make it more solid
I actually reprogrammed the TCU with the stage 1 tune, enjoying an easy commute this week to "learn" the transmission.
So, this week...
I swapped my 315/70r17 E rated KO3 tires with a new (warranty replacement) 37/12.50r17 C rated KO2.
Updated TAZER tire setting for new tires, using GPS...
Technically, MRTuning should still support... its like buying a sony tv at target, sony will still support the product... not to mention MRTuning is referenced on EOC's site and EOC is referenced on MRTuning's site ...
I need to reach out to MRTuning... eventually
I have a stock rubicon ecodiesel on 35’s with factory marshmallow suspension. I tow with an Andersen WD hitch. The setup tows my Airstream 23D wonderfully. The 23D weighs around 4800lbs and about 750lb hitch weight.
I plan on upgrading the suspension with a Mopar lift and rear airbags, 37’s...
People are dumb, various circumstances… I know someone who bought a loaded 300 with a blown hemi back in the day… new motor under warranty and was good to go
You are right on with the tongue weight... my concern was more around duty cycle, in 5th gear on up the torque is a lot less but its more constant for long intervals. I am fairly gentle accelerating but the truck still scoots pretty well with a 5k load on it.
What a crap deal ... I walked out with a 2023 Farout (loaded Rubicon ecodiesel) with a 76k MSRP, out the door for $55k (Tax, title and registration). I think it was about $50k before TTL.
That what I was expecting … I literally installed the tune, drove about 100 miles or so over the first few days, then towed my 4800lb+ travel trailer about 300 miles …
I wasn’t provided anything about a relearn, I only learned that from the forum …
How touchy is 1st gear from a stop? For me it’s super touchy and just wants to rip!
I started a thread about my experience … perhaps chime in when you have a chance to tow …
