Business I work in we will honor reported in warranty but not forever as the customer needs to address the issue within a reasonable amount of time and for us thatās 60 days after warranty expires
Totally get being frustrated but this is not Jeepās fault. If people would just get back to work and we had enough truckers this wouldnāt be an issue
Iām in another state and couldnāt even tell you where Hayes Jeep is so it doesnāt matter where you bought it. Only issue you might have is if you live in CA but we made that work as well
I bought mine from Tom at Hayes Jeep who is frequently mentioned here and sell the Mopar extended warranty
I did 8 years 100K and $100 deducts for $1865 and he had it registered with Mopar same day I paid
Adding the hitch is not that hard but if you need the electrical as well thatās a little more.
When I had my JL I did the hitch myself as all I wanted it for was for a bicycle rack so I never needed to do the wiring but on the gladiator mine came with so didnāt have to do it but itās the same...
Yes they both up to the frame no issues you just have to make adjustments to your rear bumper if you have the stock one. I didnāt want to cut my bumper so I bought the DV8 sliders
I took mine in this week they reset the battery sensor and all was good for about a day and then it went back to ESS not ready battery charging. So brought it back in and then they replaced the ESS battery and all has been good now for a day and we will see how this goes
So took mine in for the ESS not working and always saying it needed charging they reset the sensor and that worked for a day. So took it back in and they replaced BBH6A001AA which they said is the ESS battery. I asked why they didnāt replace both and they said the other passed the charging tests...
