Yep no issues a few weeks in. Drove to Kingman AZ today with some steep passes this weekend, Southern Utah last weekend and all is in order. I saw temps of 103 and 107 in the last week already. /shrug

It was hot as balls out today…. Anyways got my motobilt vents back from powder coating. Also… it is kind of insulting we get 0 insulation in these other than some cheap carpet on a $60,000 truck. Since I’ve decided I’d like to retire some day, I didn’t jump on the armorlite wagon quite yet…...

Yeah… I suppose this is one of those “do I buy light bars before lockers?” conversations. I also want to do better insulation and armorlite flooring as I’m sure you’re aware as well, the floor boards get super hot in warmer temps too. Any pics of your install?

My phase II consists of a 3.5 inch lift, beadlocks, 39’s, truss, RCV’s, ball joints and a regear to what I’m not sure yet.. might be 4.10’s if 4.30’s don’t exist then because 4.55 I think would be too tall.

+1 on RCV’s from all my research. They are on my phase II build list in my head for when I re-do all my suspension and go 38’s or 39’s.

That's usually how I see it work. Sometimes if it is so cut and clear the insurance will just cut you a check for your deductible right back to you.. or at least I've seen it happen multiple times on simple fender benders where the at fault party won't respond or denies responsibility.

You’d have to finance through them but @12psi does 8% below invoice on in stock and sold orders… should be about 15%. Sounds like you need a Mojave X.

Glad it was settled. I’d imagine it still kind of blows. Putting myself in similar shoes, know my JT itself was around that much. I wouldn’t be able to replace my diesel as it is no longer an option. Beyond that, I have probably another $12-$15k in mods and it’s nearly paid off at this point...

I pull that somewhat regularly in the summer in my boat on 37’s. Not sure I’d regear even still. 4.88 will be too tall for 37’s in my opinion for all the months that you aren’t towing a trailer in the Ozarks… again, my opinion. But that’s worth what you paid. Here’s more reading on the subject...
