Yes, Jeep regularly has limited run colors. These are usually more bold/fun colors, and are typically only available for a month or two. Most people who want those colors follow the order guides, and custom order the moment their desired color becomes available.

If it were me, I’d drive it back to the dealer and make it their problem. Especially so if you’re in a state that has a buyer’s remorse period.

I’ll second the sentiment. If that is not something a reputable shop can patch, just throw it away and buy a replacement tire. For goodness sakes, they’re dirt cheap compared to what you just paid for that truck.
