After two years with mine and knowing what I do now as opposed to everything I didn’t know then, chances are I’d order another one if I ever have to replace this one. I now see the appeal of starting with a less expensive model and upgrading the things I want to change.
Please do post about it...
Congratulations, that's great to hear!
After you settle in and some of the excitment wears off, you can pull up and save your build sheet by adding your VIN number to the end of this link: https://www.chrysler.com/webselfservice/BuildSheetServlet?vin=
It is handy to have
That is not something I can answer but is more a question for more mechanically inclined members. On my build sheet it was listed as heavy duty engine cooling.
If you don't mind posting the full VIN of the Jeep you are looking at, we can pull up the build sheet for that particular JT and see...
Unless the negotiation goes completely sideways, I agree with you about a lawyer. To me that would be the very last option.
As for Valentine’s Day, my wife did very well for me. I gave her a very nice card and big box of candy and she said I’d get mine later. When I got in the Jeep this morning...
No reason you shouldn’t be mad but you seem to be staying level headed about it and that is also important.
Considering what they did, no one would blame you for pushing hard for everything you can get but I wouldn’t be demanding about it. They have agreed to reverse your original deal, so you...
I don't blame you a bit for having it done. I still smile thinking about installing the lift alone in the driveway with nothing but a jack and some stands, but it was a lot of work and took several times longer than it would have 30 years ago. One of the reasons I bought the JT was because I had...
I really think they would but you might have to get a lawyer involved. What they almost got away with was so wrong. I get mad every time I think about it.
I completely agree with you, fraud is the only word that fits. I'm of the opinion they should upgrade her to the tow ready Rubicon with extended warranty for what she has in the Sport. If she wanted to press the issue I'd bet they would go further and there are the accessories, but I'd be...
It does look great and your mpg increase may be accurate. After installing the lift on mine it dropped about 2 mpg. Can you tell much difference in the ride now? I've heard a lot of negatives about RC lifts but never experianced it myself.
That is a great price, especially for a big chain store. Our local shop does them for $25 but it's a small place and they have trouble keeping help so there is no telling who's doing them at any given time. Always best here to have a torque wrench handy to check them before driving off
Sadly the closest Discount Tire is an hour and a half away. I've heard nothing but great things about them and see posts from their rep often on here. For a deal like that it would be well worth it though
I hope you get a good return and don't have to settle!
A couple of hours ago the Kanati Mud Hog 315 deal walmart showed to be out of stock but now they are available again for 125. Walmart is acting strange so if you will be up for a while might be worth checking 37s again later. Enjoyed...
That is true didn't notice yours was the diesel. It does make a difference on the 3.6. My current 35's are about 4 pounds lighter than the stock Wildpeaks were but you can really feel the lag. Once I can afford it I'll regear but for now have to make due
Not having to ship would definitely help. My quick search on the Deliums found them about $100 higher with shipping included. If you get a set please let me know what you think. I can't find a weight for the 37/12.5/r17 ATs but same tire in 18" show to only be 70 lb on simpletire.com
