When I say 'wrap around' i mean the glass is on the front and back, not a curved screen. But either way, the point still stands, the gorilla glass on phones is highly dependent on the "frame" its attached to. The other dude brought up apple, so I was just pointing out they break on iphones (and...
Really? Because virtually every iPhone since iPhone4 **11 years ago** has had a glass back.
Maybe take a closer look at the $1200 toy in your pocket.
And for the record, the high end sammys are the same way; so its not an Android/Apple thing.
Its not the Gorrilla glass's fault, its the iPhone. Any of the phones with the full wrap around glass are designed to shatter not absorb. The most durable phones have the plastic casing, but they look cheaper.
Apple wants it pretty, not functional.
Spot on. From my perspective the Gladiator isnt that small unless you are getting the largest fullsized possible.
According to ford, the base F150 is 209x80x75. Up to 250 long.
2011 Silverado is 206x80x76. Up to 249 long.
2010 Ranger is 188x69x66. Up to 204 long.
Gladiator is 218x74x75...
Being someone who remembers fondly the midsized trucks of the last generation (old Rangers, S10's), its odd when someone calls this a small truck to me. The max tow has the same capabilities as my Ecoboost F150 and its not that different than a king cab/short bed size wise.
My current car is a F150, previous before that was a Buick and then a Jeep. UC3 (I think it was?) was the most buggy of the 3 vehicles. I just assumed I would have to get an aftermarket (Stinger/JL) when I pick up my Gladiator. Is UConnect not awful anymore?
A quick google shows that there are a ton of the coupons ranging from ~$500-$2000 for Jeeps/FCA. One dealership has them all listed (Landers) and there are over 20 of them.
How the heck do we get qualified?!?
