    Yeah, I was just addressing the first point. In bear country the best thing is to have your trash MILES from you! But, if that isn't possible, then yes, hung up in a tree is the only way to go. Applies to your food as well.

    Yeah, west Reno and south Reno up into the Galena Forest Estates have bears, and I have had a bear mom and cub 150 yards behind my house in downtown Carson City. So exterior trash is a no bueno.

    Picked it up from Zero Declination today. I added a couple of desires, which KP handled beautifully. System is fully operational now, with all of my mods, and I couldn't be happier! Their workmanship is top shelf! Letting the water sealant cure, then I will remove the excess.

    No, you don't need to counter steer. Even substantial gusts don't move me around very much.
