Go to TrailsOffroad.com. With a high degree of certainty, I think you'll be able to hit any trail that is rated as Moderate or below. Some of the Difficult trails are possible if there are bypasses on the more challenging obstacles. I think you'll find yourself able to take on obstacles that...
This is exactly correct. My wife’s has them on her JLUSport and they are perfect in this regard. But we put ROAM armored side steps on my JLUS. They have served us well.
I bought one, with the LED fogs, 2nd hand from a JLU Rubicon owner for $900. I also used the Warn mounting plate to install a Smittybilt wench. The only challenge for me was installing four rivnuts for the mounts. On the plus side, I learned what rivnuts are and how to install them.
I’ve got an Element secured to my drivers seat. Instead of the magnet, I took two of the plastic clips they sell and secured them to the seat adjustment bar with zip ties. It’s very secure and easy to get to.
Heya Gladiators,
The YouTube Channel, Last Line of Defense, has a pretty indepth overview of the iKamper SkyCamp Mini and X-Cover Mini. These should fit nicely on the Gladiator bed without any overhang over the back or the roof. Certainly worth a look IMO.
The video states that these are...
hmmmm, I was talking to their rep last weekend. They were having a Jeeps and Java event at their HQ. He claimed that JL/JT core doors are going to be out next summer. But who knows. IMO, with Bestop, AEV, and a few others you have to consider something vaporware until it's not.
This looks very promising. It should be noted that the OEM Cargo Management System includes 240amp alternator and the AC outlet in the bed. You can still get the alternator if you order the Aux switch package but you’ll have to add an AC outlet in the back to get the same features.
Still, at...
I’ve got both portable and on board air on my JL. The advantage to onboard air is convenience on YOUR vehicle. I have my dual ARB wired into the aux switches and mounted under the floor of my rear cargo area in my JLU. I just push a button, go to the back and hook up my air line. With the...
I’m right there with you. My wife and I both have JLUs. My next renewal is in June. That’s when I’ll be trading in for a JT. I wanted to buy a used Porsche Cayenne or Panamera is a 3rd vehicle. I can afford the tax but it’s still a mental barrier that keeps me from pulling the trigger.
The light balance in the pics makes a huge difference. Anything with a cooler light balance is showing up as more green. A warmer light balance pushes it to the beige look.
I was watching TFLtruck's 1st vid on the Wayout and the Jeep rep said something that I think is very accurate. He...
Well, I think those pictures helped me make up my mind. It looks great but not as green as i had hoped it to be. I’m going to be ordering a Rubicon Diesel in Hydro Blue.
I’m going to have such a hard time choosing between this and Hydro Blue.
But at least not I know I want body colored fender flairs. The black ones don’t look that good IMO.
