For a very simple solution, you might consider running Timbrens in the rear. They are relatively inexpensive, very effective, and essentially unbreakable because there are no moving parts.
They replace your stock bump stops and are specifically designed to help with towing. I've run them on...

Unless you're also adding adjustable LCAs or an adjustable track bar, there's little to align. You can recenter your steering wheel, which is easy. And you could theoretically adjust toe, but I can't imagine you'd need to after swapping out OEM springs for slightly stiffer OEM springs.

Perhaps I should clarify: I would prefer a red dash. I know it's a little crazy, but it's a convertible pickup with orange paint, a manual transmission, and dual lockers. We entered Crazy Land many miles ago. The red dash will just be icing on the crazy cake.
