Agree. Mine does not have it and I am fine. In fact we chose NOT to order it with the 22 JT I got. Like off-roading…driver skill makes up most of the success.
I had a TJ back in 97 which of course back then nothing like it and I drove it in blizzards, ice, snow, rain, varied road conditions...
On the Jeep website it says “available” which means not standard in my book.

But I see what you mean, it does not show up in the build portion. Maybe not offering for moment due to parts?
Dont even see it on comparison sheet which shows what...
Had a wrangler and loved it. But the ride of the Gladiator is sooooooooo much better. Plus having a truck bed for stuff instead of tina’s a** storage in back. Place to put a slide with fridge with outlet. Other than break over and longer wheelbase if you want to consider in your off-roading I...
I went Sport S Max Tow. I like to tow, like the ability to do some changes if I want to. Like it as a daily driver and for some off-roading. Plus I got all the bells and whistles for safety and comfort. Fits the bill. Bottom line you have to decide for you. Everyone will have their own opinion...
Would not do it. Hands down no. Not that gladiator the dealer has…..now if you want to go buy your self a new Gladiator with good towing and payload and want to pull that Basecamp……. My Sport S Max tow has tongue of 765, tow of 7650 and payload of about 1400 on the door and I love it...
Bulletpoint was only in his wife’s wrangler. Go to 6 minutes into the video. He did not use bulletpoint in his gladiator.
He used the Anvil Dash Bar which I like.

Sometimes on the forum I am happy I have just left everything stock. Cost me like 10K in factory options when I purchased, but in the end…happy. Hope you get it all figured out. Lots of good folks on here.
That is where the GAWR comes into play. I think the Gladiator each axle carries 3000 and some change for the GAWR for each axle. That is why when even if you tow, when you go to weigh yourself you also look at how much weight it sitting on each axle to ensure not only that they dont break, but...
I love this for grocery’s and other stuff. You can put in bed or on back seat if you want. Folds down to nothing and also has straps you can hook to bed. I do this and have a bar across the bed to keep it from sliding. It has been perfect. You can expand it or contract it according to how much...
Second Jeep (had a 97 TJ) and has been a wonder ever since. Coming up on a year of ownership and the only thing had to do is oil changes. Drives smooth like a dream and comfortable. Look forward to many years with Maximus
From a LEO (law enforcement officer) perspective, you cannot legally increase your towing capacity.
The Max Tow has other items that gives it the 7650 tow rating.
Again, no matter what you do, even if you copied every bit of the Max Tow your legal towing capacity is no different. This means...
Totally agree. We keep our garaged. Our garage has a button that locks out the ability to use a remote to open the garage so we just push that when it is in the garage. after that to get into the garage means going through the house as there is no other door or window to the garage. So that is...
