Yeah, I would only use it as a backup to my main house battery in case I deplete it and I need to run the fridge for another day or so.
And I interesting that it says no lead acid chargers and not more than 20A? Is that for the same H7 in your JT? Do the 240A
heavy-duty alternators put out...
Funny how this WTB thread has evolved, I don't mind...
I installed the Whiteline bar yesterday, used the softest of the three settings. I'm on AEV DualSport 2.5" lift. Handling is slightly tighter, less rear body roll, but nothing too crazy. I like it. I'm only at 300-400lbs constant load (RTT...
MetalCloak Rear Sway Bar Reinforcement & Repair Bracket

New In Box. Never opened, just arrived today.
Realized it's not compatible with the AEV brake line and rear sway bar end link relocation bracket I just...
Going to toss the "non-valuable" parts soon unless anyone needs them.
I also now have the stock rear sway bar (w/ bushings and brackets) and stock FAD skid plate, that are available for free (will toss soon as well).
Thanks. I ended up finding the specs in the RH4x4 install manual posted online. I guess they include a full hardware set for both shock and LCA skids now... but it looks like the quality (at least a couple years ago) is very suspect.
I purchased a Max Tow a year ago, received Fox Rubicon shocks and front springs (gas, PNs in photo) in a trade, but never installed them. I don't know how many miles on them, but them seem to be in great condition, no oil leaking that I can see. Was going to keep the Max Tow springs in the rear...
I just installed the AEV 2.5" dualsport kit and decided last minute to do the opposite of y'all and throw on 3/4" daystar rear spacers I had from a previous project to ensure I have rake for when I load up. haha...
I did put TeraFlex isolators up front and they theoretically add 1/2" of lift...
Same. Started as a pretty basic Max Tow, added ~350lbs permanent on the rear end (canopy, RTT, molle panels, compressor, hi-lift), and ~150lbs up front (mopar steel bumper, winch plus winch plate).
Even more when fully loaded for a 3-4 night trip.
Yeah, 24mm vs 7/8” (22.2mm). I am a little concerned it will be too stiff. Will probably run it in the softest setting and see how it does.
I found a site selling a new Hellwig for $350 shipped vs $250 shipped for the Whiteline from XT, but they shipped so fast and it was too late to cancel. Lol
This is very interesting. Due to deep discharge capabilities of the LFP cells (and re-start backup feature), it could conceivably be used as a backup (or minimal use main) house battery for overlanding/camping.
I have AEV 2.5” standard load springs. Interested in trading for your AEV 3” HD springs.
DM me so we can go over details, i.e. mine had surface rust and I repainted them.
