  1. How It Started vs. How It’s Towing/Hauling/Crawling

The bumper is an Ebay clone. I just sanded, primed and repainted it before I installed it and it has held up great.
  2. How It Started vs. How It’s Towing/Hauling/Crawling

Started off as a new '23 Rubicon Diesel with factory M/T, tonneau cover and plastic front bumper. Now: Steel front bumper with Badlands 12k winch -3.5" TF gas front springs with spacer -MC Geometry Brackets -MC front and rear track bars -MC upper front control arms -TF lower front adjustable...
  3. 38x11.50R17 Nitto Ridge Grappler

The heat shield on mine needed to be flared out just a bit and I ground down the hitch just to make it easier to get the tire in and up as high as possible without having to run the tire down to 5psi. I didn't grind any of the hitch welds so that it is still just as strong, just a bit off of the...
  4. 38x11.50R17 Nitto Ridge Grappler

That will depend on how you use your rig and how much flex you are wanting. I am building mine for mostly fire roads and camping with really nice street manners. I want to keep the tires tucked under the fenders instead of looking like a Bro-Dozer....
  5. 37” spare tire - list of tires that fit under the bed

I don't have one with the driver rear stuffed but here is one in the yard with the passenger rear up.
  6. 37” spare tire - list of tires that fit under the bed

38x11.50r17 Nitto fits with a Metalcloak track bar and a little bit of hammering on the heat shield for the diesel.
  7. 38x11.50R17 Nitto Ridge Grappler

I got my 38x11.50r17 Ridge Grapplers mounted up as well. I had to adjust the steering stop just a bit so that the tire didn't rub on the driver's side upper swaybar end link. The spare tire fits great with the use of a BFH to move the heat shield a bit. I also took a flap disc to the rear...
  8. CavFab JT Inner Fender Liners

Interested in the Diesel fronts. Thanks for giving us more great options!
  9. White Raptorliner?

I have done a lot of projects with Raptor liner from beds to flares and a couple of complete full body sprays. Buy a tintable kit and go to a bodyshop and get the color match paint to match your color code. Prep is everything. I have never had any failures or fading on plastic or metal.
