I’m going the opposite direction. Currently on Rubicon take off rims/tires and have a tonneau cover with Billie bars rack. Once i sell my soft top, going to take off the tonneau and Billie bars and put a shell on it.

Nope. None at all. i also used some double stick tape to keep it off to the side and out of the way.

possible it would work. i've only had the issue on super long road days and "jumping" it with a battery pack started it right up with no issues. when not traveling all day it has never been an issue.

I bought the 5" because i wanted to keep the rack as low as possible, but found out that I can't easily open my aftermarket tonneau cover with it and they want a lot of money to swap them out :(. Looking for someone that wants to trade their 8" for my 5".

I also use the NSA tow bar with brake system and it is great. no issues and easy to hook up.

I ran mine similar to Bakerboy. I have the rock hard bumper so a little easier to mount everything.
