very close to my build, but I'm still in D1...thought I ordered on 4/22 but Jeep chat said today they show the order placed on 5/20...guess this would explain the two VINs I received.

Max tow on a manual? Or do you just mean tow package? Max tow isn't available with the MT.

No concerns about re-gearing running the 37's? Nothing I read says the 4.10 rear end can run 37's efficiently. I had 35's on my JK Rubi without noticeable issues, but not sure I would run 37's on the stock gears.
