I believe the instructions talk about trimming the rug to fit. I had to do that for the lights and the hooks.

Yes - don't push on the brake pedal when you push the start button. Once it is in run mode, push the brake and pull the shifter.

My .02 - if the wobble was from out of nowhere and it did not go away till you were barely moving, it is a not a weight issue, it is something is lose. A vibration from a weight is repeatable and at certain speeds.
