Replaced my rear vent glass/weatherstripping this AM.
The labor quote was $260.-$350. plus shop supplies etc.
Little over 30 minutes total to remove & install.
Had silicone spray or it woul have taken longer.
Use to do this for a living so had all the tools.

Removed access panels & fished out the plastic lock pivot & reinstalled it fully seating it on the lock tangs.

Kinda hard seeing I use it at the ranch.
Tools, bolt cutters, Honda generator, chain saw etc.
Live in Texas out in the country & almost never leave it parked anywhere too long.
