It's a kit, it comes with sizes from infant to XL Adult, obviously picking the correct size is dependent on training and experience, but I think I have enough of that for my purposes (and the exceedingly rare chance that I ever even need to use any of this stuff). Better to have and not need...

Yeah but my issued IFAK stays on my pistol belt.
I've personally got a My Medic MyFAK hanging out in the back seat and a CAT mounted at the top of all the door frames.
I added a couple vented chest seals, some Needle-D's and an oral airway kit to the MyFAK's default load.
Planning on getting a neck brace, some hemostatic gauze and some NPAs...
Interesting to hear you say that. I was told I was worried about nothing on this forum when I said I was worried about pinion input speed as the justification for why I went with 4.56 gears as opposed to 4.88s or 5.13s
I found one on sale for cheap and installed it today. I noticed the same thing. Did you find any remedies? I haven't had a chance to really dig into it.
Seeing as how warfare has been developing recently, I cannot stress enough how not excited I would be to ride in this in anything remotely close to combat.
