This is kind of what I am experiencing as well. Usually in the 30-40 MPH range it feels like the trans is shifting in and out of gear or perhaps a misfire. Or it may just be bumps in the road. You can't really hear the engine to diagnose a misfire. Watching the tach I don't see it changing...
No lift Sport S Max Tow. Primary reason is not wanting to give up the highway driving and towing comfort. While I'd love to do more off road driving, there's not really any place nearby. So the reality is this truck will be primarily driven on the street. Just added 17x9 with 33x12.50 Nitto...
That looks really good. I'm going to do that prior to installing the HotHeads panels that just arrived. Just going to paint the areas the panels don't cover.
These threaded fittings would seem to offer a lot of options to attach stuff to the L-track. Of course it's not just bolt in. Some engineering and modification would likely be necessary for things that are designed to use the OEM Trail Rail.
I like the ability to have some tie down points...
I'm curious to what advantages you saw with those options vs just using L-track? L-track has a bunch of different attachments available that are easy to install, remove or adjust.
Examples can be found here. This is what I'm leaning towards.
I've used automotivetouchup.com and the color did not match my car. You can likely find a local auto paint supplier that can do the same thing (match and put it in a spray can). They will spend the extra time to make sure the color is a perfect match. That's what I ended up doing for my project.
Took delivery earlier today. My first Jeep. Bucket list item checked off. Looking forward to making it my own. Sport S Max Tow with every option I wanted and none I didn't. I think I got lucky that this one was already on its way to the dealer when I started shopping. It didn't get...
I'm fixin to buy my first Jeep. Now that they have made a pickup, I finally have a place for one. If I knew the Gladiator was going to be available in Hella Yella, I'd wait for it. I don't think anyone is making a yellow truck right now.
