  1. Tazer issues and Uconnect

There are lots of things a Tazer is useful for. There are some anti-theft features that I don't use mainly because I am in one of the lowest crime rate areas in the entire country, but supposedly deter the most common methods of stealing a Jeep. One of the features I would never want to lose is...
  2. Updating Tazer Mini Firmware Issue With Pedal Commander Installed

I don't know anything about the Pedal Commander firmware, or how new it it, but I noticed that you updated over 2yr old Tazer firmware to the most recent wich has been out there for almost a year. If nobody else has had this issue before now, and the PC firmware is recent, it sounds like it...
  3. Dealer installed GPS?

Since it was apparently installed by the prior owner, not the dealer, and still had an active plan, it very well COULD have been tracking the OP. No tin foil hat needed. That particular model is often touted as one to track teen drivers and company vehicles as there are options to alert the...
  4. Other obsessions and hobbies or other. 🙃

You have no idea the amount of stress involved with pouring an almost 60ft epoxy bar top that involves blending multiple pigments before everything sets!
  5. Other obsessions and hobbies or other. 🙃

And this time of year, I also make maple syrup in my "free time".
  6. Other obsessions and hobbies or other. 🙃

"Semi" retired here as well. Friend of mine passed away late last year,in the middle of opening a new business. Been helping his widow with all the stuff she can't afford to pay someone to do. So that means take all my woodworking and maintenance skills and build a bar/cigar lounge.

    For what it's worth...
  8. Just Ordered? Check in HERE!

My wife has this on the current Wrangler, and has informed me she's already ordered another for the new one when it comes. And yes, that is a crocheted tire cover. She's already making a new one of those too.
  9. Just Ordered? Check in HERE!

When we built and ordered the 2025 Wrangler, everything says it's coming with remote start, Since we ordered it with a manual trans, I assume Jeep just screwed up and didnt remove it, rather than they suddenly made it work with the m/t.
  10. Just Ordered? Check in HERE!

Jeep website tracking still says in production, but the dealer emailed this morning to say it is ready to ship. I miss the old 3rd party tracking website we used to use, it seemed to be more up to date.
  11. Just Ordered? Check in HERE!

You do of course know that as soon as you pull the plow off you will get a foot of snow, right? IDK if there is any correlation at all between production times on the Gladiator vs the Wrangler, but here's where we are on the wife's latest Wrangler:
  12. Anyone just UNPLUG their Tazer for a dealer visit??

My dealer includes free annual emissions/safety inspections for as long as I own it. They are also 70 miles away, only a few of which are highway. A trip to the dealer is at least $25 worth of gas and 4hrs of my day wasted. Easier to pay the local shop the $50. Hell, just ordered our 3rd Jeep...
  13. Anyone just UNPLUG their Tazer for a dealer visit??

The only time the wife's JK Wrangler went to the dealer was for recalls. My JT is almost at 90K and has never been to the dealer since it left there. My local shop does our emissions testing, and has never had an issue doing it with the Tazer installed. Come to think of it, I don't think my...
  14. Anyone just UNPLUG their Tazer for a dealer visit??

I would think if that was the issue, this option wouldn't be there for the last few years. Z Automotive specifically says this is so you do not have to remove the Tazer at a dealer you know isn't going to deny your warranty claims simply because they saw a Tazer installed.
  15. Anyone just UNPLUG their Tazer for a dealer visit??

Which technically brings you to the same (extremely minimal) potential for problems as just removing the Tazer (or for that matter, leaving it installed with the dealer passthru on). The computer doesn't know if JScan modified a setting, or if a Tazer did. By telling you to revert back to...
  16. Fathom Blue Gladiator JT Club 🔹

My wife wanted the phantom blue for her new Wrangler when she saw it on the website, but it was no longer available. Good thing, because she didnt like it as much in person either, so she went with Mojito, although the salesman said Joose Orange was also an option that isn't showing on the website.
  17. Fathom Blue Gladiator JT Club 🔹

It's a gorgeous color, but it looks NOTHING like it does on Jeep's website. I was more excited for the color in this pic, because that's pretty close to the color of my first car (1968 Dodge Charger).
  18. Just Ordered? Check in HERE!

    JeepTracker.com no longer works?
  19. Switche and Bed light upgrade?

Feel free to post more pics. I still think the Tazer is fine for switching on the bed lights when I need it, but I really would like some sort of idiot light for when the vehicle is running and the tailgate is down, and this would work for that.
  20. Mojito Green Gladiators 2025 On Dealer Lots

I think the wife wants an aftermarket grille (again. I don't have to like it, but I love her, and it's her Jeep so I'll buy it) so I didnt spend the extra for the oem satin black grille.
