  1. Jeep Enthusiasm Waning

With The looming demise of internal combustion, this will likely be my forever/long term truck. By the time I'm done with it I wouldn't be surprised if there are dwindling/zero options for a completely petrol replacement. I wouldn't even be surprised to see a spike in value for non-electrified...
  2. E85

dodge has an e85 hellcat they are working on
  3. Sun Rider Flip top for Hard top (Mopar)

I never really bother cleaning but i do spray it with Griot's garage fabric protectant once about every 6 months. Possibly overkill. The product "restores"/keeps it black. It also adds the water repellant side. There are other similar products but I've had good experience with this one so far.
  4. STOLEN from my driveway this morning! New Jeeps are crazy easy to steal apparently...

You would have to stop in order to scan for a lojack or any other non-Apple device. Lojack are placed intraframe and in a different location for every car. You will have to get out and pass the wand over the entirety of the vehicle in order to pinpoint it's exact location.
  5. STOLEN from my driveway this morning! New Jeeps are crazy easy to steal apparently...

Airtags and all other forms of trackers can be defeated very easy. Any thief that is going to hack your car will have certainly thought of bringing a radio frequency detector. This will detect AirTags and any other GPS or radio frequency. The first thing they will do when they steal your car...
  6. STOLEN from my driveway this morning! New Jeeps are crazy easy to steal apparently...

I love my sprint booster. Besides the obvious benefit of throttle control it has a theft mode that disables the gas pedal. Unless they know to go in and look for this device, they will not be able to drive away your car. Removing it will take them at least an additional 15 minutes If they...
  7. .

That Jeep is awesome and best of all, unique. Though terrible, kill as many unicorns as needed if itsfor the sake of furthering a jeep build. Too bad your not killing pegasus insteaed.....think cleaning bird poop sucks.
  8. Factory Half Doors installed

If you want gator half doors you have to have them painted....thats why I wrapped them in black.
  9. Factory Half Doors installed

My wife hate it when I will drive around with no doors on and the kids inside. That made them an easy sell for her. I do agree they maintain an open feel when the uppers are off.
  10. Factory Half Doors installed

I use a bunji cord on the uppers near the grab handles....Keeps them from shaking above 70MPH. On a side note, the ones I bought were white. Ive seen more white ones for, by far, for sale than any other color (though I have seen blue and black for sale also.)
  11. Hooker axle back exhaust installed

They are black rhino. Got them on amazon....5% cash back if you have an amazon card and free shipping. The doors pop on on craigslist all the time. Its not the first set Ive seen at that price. I was very honest with the lady selling them and told her she could easily get way more. She...
  12. Hooker axle back exhaust installed

If your curious because the half doors didn't exist when gator came out, your are correct. I got a set of half doors crazy cheap on craigs list...less than retail. They were white though, so I had them wrapped in matte black, the only other color on the vehicle.
  13. Hooker axle back exhaust installed

Decided to throw this on, mainly for the looks. it does look pretty good.. It does involve cutting the OEM exhaust. very straightforward to do if you are interested in one. It doesn't say so in the instructions however the picture in the instructions has the guy using a manual handsaw...
  14. Quadratec Wheel Backorder

wow, someone from q-tech exist. Are you guys every going to replace my missing headrest PRP seat cover? No one answers your phones, responds to my messages or has any interest in following up with the one response I got way back in April, for a purchase made in Feb.
  15. Lack of response from Customer Service

I think we need to start a poll concerning qtech's customer service and lack there of. If this forum is a unified community perhaps we need to use our collective consumer force. qtech's issues of late stem from a lack of response and post sales support above all else and that can not be blamed...
  16. Quadratec Wheel Backorder

qtech has become crap. I had/have an issues with a part since Feb...they have no intention of following through despite multiple communication. I've been able to communicate with the manufacturer, who responded within 12hr, and take care of my own warranty issues at my own cost. I want to...
  17. Fire Fire! My Gladiator burned down

It may not be the ESS system exactly but it is still the root cause of the problem....He likely would not have had to had battery work done in the first place if not for the poor ESS design. Good/appropriate size main battery but tiny, motorcycle size, ESS battery. Well known and discussed...
  18. Freeway Travel with Doors off

My pistol is mounted to the left of my leg and quite visible when the doors are off. I make sure to adjust my leg in these situations to increase its visibility. Given that it is not unholstered and inside a private vehicle in Florida this does not violate any brandishing laws. It's similar to...
  19. Lost Key replacement.... done at ACE hardware.

from what ive seen of the latest thieves stealing the Dodge hellcats in Chicago area, I flat bed would take too long. There are a few videos out there with the whole process taking less than 30 seconds before they drive away..........I wonder If the sequel to Nick Cage's movie will have a...
