Yeah, it seems I did get lucky. As long as I don’t damage the truck, I’m fine. I took it back off and it seems that the seal wants to tuck in towards the bed. Must be the right way.

Everyone, thanks for all of the great input. I was able to find a forum member who took his OEM soft rolling tonneau off the day after he bought the Gladiator, and he’s shipping it out tomorrow. What Jeep wants for that tonneau from a vendor is insane.

All 4 floor mats off of my new Gladiator. I took them off at the dealer and replaced them with the All Weather mats, so they are Brand New. Asking $60 local pickup or $75 shipped. I’m located in Nashville.
