Thanks to everyone ! Lostwing. I took your advice and what I did was raise my cabin ac temperature from low to 68 degrees. And…. It worked ! the start stop functioned with no issues. Again… many thanks to all of you for taking the time to help on this. Great group of people. !!

I had ac on and then turned it off. Also restarted the vehicle with it off and still got that message. Sorry if I’m not understanding. Been a long aggravating couple of days with this dealership for all I know they never even really did the battery change. I have zero confidence in them now

I just called and filed a case against the dealership. I hate to overreact but this has ruined my day for sure. For all I know they never even really did the aux battery and are lying about it. I’ll wait for the case manager to call me and I was told they will contact the dealership

Yeah I know. Got robbed. So new sensor. New aux battery. Start stop didn’t work still when I left the dealership. I hate the start stop so I guess as long as it’s not draining either battery I’ll just leave it. It working.

Well unfortunately they already got me for the battery and the sensor. Just wanted to see if what they did made sense.

Hi. I just had my jeep into the dealer to replace the auxiliary battery. When I left I noticed the start stop still didn’t work. Now they’re telling me it’s a hood close sensor and that will fix it. $200 repair. does this make sense ??

As I am at 75k miles on my 2021 gladiator... I’m wondering what I can expect to get out of this vehicle in terms of total miles. is it realistic to think I can get to 200k on this vehicle ? Do I sell and get a new one while it still has some value etc. I know there is no crystal ball, but...
