Sounds like you have a dealer issue. I ordered my Sarge Willys with tan seats, cold weather group, Alpine, and tow package in Alberta on January 25th and took delivery March 24th. Negotiated about 15% off MSRP. Had my VIN after 2 weeks and checked in weekly with the dealer after about 5 weeks...

Added some quick and cost effective accessories in my first two days of ownership. Everything was purchased through Amazon.ca and I'm happy with the quality and fitment. Next step is to add the Tyger Tonneau cover this weekend.

Deezee bed mat arrived quickly from Amazon Prime and happy to report that it came jet black unlike some others that have been reported to have chalking in the rubber. Nice and heavy and custom fit for the Gladiator. Happy buyer here.

Just an update that may be helpful to others... I was able to get my dealer code and used my VIN but had no success online. I called Cassens and they were awesome! I spoke to a couple different people and in the end they were able to locate my vehicle and inform me that my truck was taken off...

Contact your sales manager and you should be able to get your VON and your VIN by now I would guess. Did you order a manual transmission? That would be the only reason I could see why no VIN by now as there is a recall.

I had a VIN within the first 2-3 weeks. The build was fast as well. The only frustration for me has been since it shipped.

My JT Willys has been in transit for at least two weeks to Alberta, Canada. Dealer told me it should be in Calgary by March 17 but now seems to know nothing. Any way to get more specific info in Canada or do I just sit and try to be patient? Order was placed Jan. 25 and shipped out at the start...

Finally got mine from Quadratec. Was a little panicked when I saw the packaging as it shows the summer top plus package for a 4 door JKU and doesn't list JT on the box. Rest assured the printed instructions and the contents of the box are in fact the new summer top for the JT. I'll take pictures...

Comes standard with the 7 inch from everything I've seen and read. The 8.4 is an upgrade and likely part of an options package. I ordered the Alpine stereo upgrade in Canada and it still only comes with the 7 inch display.
