I saw that one, but I commute from the foothills in deep snow and I want both adaptive cruise and select trac. Getting a good price on the custom order, so I’ll just wait and see what happens
Same here. Might be better manufacturer rebates in a few months too. Happy waiting. I'll let you know if I hear anything else.

It took just 34 days from the initial order at my local dealership to delivery of my new Gladiator. I followed this article every step of the way. Spot on! I don’t know if my daily contacts with MOPAR chat pushed the process or not. But whatever. I got the exact Gladiator I wanted, and actually enjoyed the process. I didn’t want to settle, and thanks to this guide, I didn’t have to. Thanks!

My JT Willys has been in transit for at least two weeks to Alberta, Canada. Dealer told me it should be in Calgary by March 17 but now seems to know nothing. Any way to get more specific info in Canada or do I just sit and try to be patient? Order was placed Jan. 25 and shipped out at the start of March.

This timeline does not seem bad. It's good to hear some reasonable time lines in Alberta. Placed my order in February. No build or VIN info after a month. How long after ordering before you got a VIN?

I had a VIN within the first 2-3 weeks. The build was fast as well. The only frustration for me has been since it shipped.

Sorry to hear that. Hope you get your Gladiator soon. Fingers crossed I get some more information soon. The waiting and not knowing is killing me.
If you look through the thread there is a way to track the shipping for Canadian orders. If I come across it again I'll DM you the link.

Did you see this at the start of this form?

For Canadian orders the Cassens trucking company is the delivery company. They have a website at https://www.cassens.com/ that you can register to watch progress to the dealer. You will need the dealer's cooperation to register.

Contact your sales manager and you should be able to get your VON and your VIN by now I would guess. Did you order a manual transmission? That would be the only reason I could see why no VIN by now as there is a recall.

Jeep chat just told me ETA is 3/29 - 4/12 subject to change. I ordered it 12/18. Fifteen weeks. Fifteen godDAMN weeks for a truck! Sport S with a manual. I know there was winter break in there, also know about the recall, and I know that Covid has slowed production and availability for parts, but considering it takes a day to assemble a truck, I have been utterly tortured by the entire process of FCA sitting around and doing absolutely nothing. Makes me question exactly what Jeep "Cares" about, 'cause it sure doesn't seem to be getting me into my truck.

Sorry for venting, I'm truly ecstatic about all your short turnaround times. Happy Jeepin'! Wish I could join ya'll.

Beginning to wonder if it was that busload of nuns I ran off the road through a litter of puppies in a past life that finally caught up with me. ? Past life karma, reincarnation's a bitch.

I have a VON but no VIN yet. :-( Trust me. I've been asking. No manual. White auto Mojave.

I'm in the same boat... ordered my manual Rubicon on 12/28. I was told it was shipping 2/15. I know about the recall and all, but I still haven't taken delivery. Latest from the dealer and jeep chat is estimated delivery 3/15-3/29. It's still not showing up as in transit on my dealers inventory. To me that means it still hasn't shipped. I have ordered about 12 vehicles and can say this has been the worst experience out of all of them. Not because I don't have the Jeep yet, but the fact nobody can give a straight up answer.

That's encouraging for me with an order date of 2-25, thanks!. What's up with trucks ordered last year and not delivered yet????

2/17/2021. I’m in Northern Virginia.

High five? ?

Yeah, pretty damn pathetic. Standard vehicles and they can't even manage them in a respectable turnover. Not at all impressed with FCA. I'm not sure what's worse, them keeping us in the dark, them thinking we won't mind being kept in the dark, or them actually not knowing any damn thing. Actually, us waiting this long for a Chrysler product may always sit at the top. Go, team! Another high five? ? No recourse at all either. Yeah, complain and you'll get the standard issue "sorry for the inconvenience, thank you for shopping Jeep, and congratulations on your new purchase. By the way, here's some complementary ointment for that butt-raping, you're welcome for both." But those that are financing in a limited timeframe and trying their damnedest to give you money, even with an 836 fuggin' credit score, FCA seem to be hell bent on making it complete torture. All I know is that when, and apparently IF, I get my Gladiator, that damn truck better NOT have a single damn nut loose!

Yeah, a little bit pissed, thanks for letting me vent some more. Cheers! ?
