Find your local Jeep/4x4 club and ride along with them on a trail run. Offer to bring beverages or food as compensation for their hospitality. I test drove a JL Sport with manual transmission, as that's the only available unit my dealer had on the lot with a stick. I can't say (yet) how close the JL feels to the JT, but if you're committed to manual transmission then you should just order on faith or test drive a JL to get a close...

This. Plus, 242 of the tracked build are complete and therefore will not be part of the last 24hrs daily update tally. So the pool of tracked trucks that would get reported daily as they complete dwindles more as more units roll off the line.

Let’s see whether you actually get down the line. That would be great to see *any* 6MT unit get down the line, even if other builds are held for other options.

My wife and I were out on some mild trails in our Durango this weekend and were constantly talking about how much better the experience would be in the JT. Hopefully we both get our rigs while there's still some great camping weather up in the high country.
