look into heavier sway bars if you haven't already. Shocks definitely helped me, but the HD sway bar from Whiteline (cheaper than Hellwig) was the ticket. I do recommend adding the sway bar reinforcement brackets like Meatacloak, Evo etc offer.
I know you have an aversion to air bags, but they do offer a lot of versatility. Tunable pressure to load is the primary. I run a roof top tent and rack with supplies nearly year around and have found my sweet spot for pressure setting. Occasionally pull a trailer with large mower or small...
With my setup I’m close to that weight and my Whitline is middle hole. I ran the Whitleine on stock Rubicon suspension. With that I still had bounce more tan sway. Upgraded to Eibach springs and shocks. Now it’s nice!
I recently went from 5.5 deg of castor to 6.5 deg and it was an absolute improvement. I have the TerraFlex AlpineIR control arms, one complete turn of adjustment was the 1 deg. I Assume that was coincidental.
I recently added the $180 Amazon SteerSmarts knock off. I have a 2.5" springs with EVO track bars and TerraFlex IR lower control arms. The brace sure did help the wander play! approx. 6 months ago I had an alignment with the castor set at 5.5deg. I picked up a digital angle gauge and backed out...
I started with the Airlift 1000 bags for the Gladiator and they helped. Then the sway bar. Ended up with Eibach springs and shocks. I did move the bags to the new springs but never add air other than the min suggested 5 lbs. Found the springs/shocks on Sale at TireRack for $100 more than just...
Verify they are in stock first if you can. I ordered direct and after a week did not have shipping info. Called and they were out of stock. They apologized, said that it wasn't suppose to take my order if out of stock and offered a refund or wait. I was on a time crunch so they credited me and...
I run a relatively heavy RTT (180lbs+) plus the Leitner rack and full length side boxes full. It helped the highway stability significantly! Since installing been to Moab, San Rafael Swell, Big Bend, and the Ozarks, I can't tell that at any time it has hindered me at all. I have been running on...
Check out Whiteline as an alternative. I have been pleased with my results. I picked mine up at Extremeterrain.com Considerably more affordable.

here is the manufactures link...
If you have already done it, I had a lot of improvement with an upgraded rear sway bar. I went with the Whiteline product. Running a 2.5" lift, Leitner Rack with full length side boxes and RTT. Running the Eibach shocks which allegedly are just a tad softer than the Bilstiens...
Slightly off topic - you can run Google maps without active or live internet service. Its basically the same as OnX, Gaia etc. You have to download the map for the areas your traveling in advance. It may not be as nice as the more off road specific products, it is nice on road to have it loaded...
Been extremely pleased with my Eibach’s they are good from 0-2”of lift. Allegedly not quite as stiff as the 5100’s never had the 5100’s to compare to. They are priced similarly. I received a bad one that had zero resistance, after a quick call to customer support and a video showing the issue I...
The wife struggled to see inside the fridge with in a fixed location mounted on the seat delete. Fridge slide fixed the issue! Raised it to clear the door rather than moving forward not allowing seat to recline. The void below now houses a 24x15x5 plastic crate as a removable drawer.
Totally agree - we were in both parks last month. If you Want to site see the National Park is nice. If you want rugged seclusion the State park all the way.
I’m running the 275 under the steering wheel like several have mentioned. The ghost antenna mounted at the cowl with cheap Amazon mount. I did however get a rj45 extension and run the mic off of it mounted to the right side of the dash.
