Yeah, mine as all the options except for the adaptive cruise control. I was looking to trade it annd when they ran the vin and made me a offer it was really low. and i was trying to figure out what was going on. And from what ive found is they made the offer based on a Willys sport due to how...
So when you look up the VIN so all willys models come up as willys sport then the options seperate wether its a willys or a willys sport? or is there a issue with my VIN?
So im trying to understand something. What is the difference between the Willys and the willys sport?
When i run the VIN on my truck it says Willys sport. BUT the several of the options i have on mine are not available on the Willys sport. For example i have the 8.4" uconnect, cold weather...
So after talking to them today, I found out that when they replaced the housing the first time, they were supposed to get a housing with the axles already installed. But there was a several month backorder on it, so FCA sent them an entire housing with out the axles. They just put my axles in...
I have contacted a lawyer. That's the main thing Im worried about, when the warranty runs out am I gonna be doing a oil change and axles every 5k miles. For a 50 thousand dollar vehicle this is ridiculous.
Dealership contacted me yesterday. They are ordering another housing and replacing that again. Im at a loss.
So at this point they have replaced the axle twice and this will be the 2nd housing.
Im currently shopping for a Tundra. If they are just using up inventory, then they ran off a customer. I bought this truck to keep for 10-15 years. But i cant keep fluid in the housing for more than 3 weeks. Im taking it to get fixed for the last time and when it starts leaking again in a few...
On the first replacement (axle only) it was 800 miles, the second replacement (axle only) 500 miles, the 3rd replacement (axle housing) im at 1000 miles with no leak so far ?:jk:
After 2 axle seal replacements, they changed the entire axle housing on the third attempt. Got it back on thursday, dry so far but ive only put about 300 miles on it. so fingers crossed.
I'm not sure, in NC 4 attempts to fix or to be with out your car for more than 20 consecutive days. I'm trying that before I attempt to trade it. This is the first new vehicle I have ever owned, and for the amount of money I spent on this thing I am kinda disappointed at this point. All ove ever...
The way I'm looking at it is, if I trade it in, im out money. This is the 3rd leak, 4th is contacting a lemon law lawyer and getting every bit of my money back minus the miles i have put on it. Just my view on it.
I didnt even know it was a issue until I found mine then searched on here. Now it's been fixed twice and it's leaking for a third time. Now they are going to replace the housing. I hope this finally fixes it
