Well, since I have the basic screen I only have two selectable views. It's not enough for me. Hooking up the trailer by myself is a pita, especially when you're checking out and someone else is eager to move to your camping spot! You know- reverse, look at the screen, looks good...get out of...
Damn, gotta change my underwear more often. Otherwise the G brainbox might tell me to do the oil change in 2 years. Hahaha.
Anyway, sure I'd like get the freebies! My driving habits(short drives to work and towing 1-2 times/month at least) call for frequent oil change. I'm at 3k miles and the...
Me neither. Although the theft is covered by the car insurance, I'd like to know if anyone has found an anti theft device for them? I can only find ones for Toyota prius, tacomas, honda element.
I think it would be a good investment for $150-$250 price range.
Sorry to here that, Vtur. We both learned our lessons eh? And I hope through this forum our experiences could give other members a heads up on what to do to lessen the costs buying some take offs. I think I still got a good deal, but could have been sweeter with tpms sensors included.
No, I don't have a soft start. I just make sure that I have the lowest fan and cooling settings before I turn on the AC and then gradually increase to medium to highest setting. Soft start looks like a good investment tho....

Desert camping, it will let me...
Will wheel spacers have an effect on the bushings and shocks, alignment? I have the max tow pkg and would like to keep my overland wheel and tires and just like the tires to stick out a lil bit. I am not planning on lifting the G.
My pocket not so happy, but wifey is extremely happy! We took home a rolling bunkhouse Forest River EVO 177bq last Wednesday. This replaced our old betsy 19FT hybrid TT of which I need to sell fast. Our cul-de-sac is looking like a trailer park. LOL.
Life is a beach and it's always 5 o'clock here! Enjoying life with the jeep....got a peek-a-boo beach view this weekend. Oh, finally tested the bedrack to see if it could really hold 2 bikes plus a yakima skybox. Yup, it did alright.
It is easy to use and to transfer from one vehicle to another/rec vehicles. I currently have it on wife's miata. Yes, as Abnmarine said, it could take 10 - 15 mins to initially connect. I thought I received a defective unit! But it's working fine.
I bought the cig plug type. I'll use it on a...
Here is another alternative. I bought these from HD. It's LED and motion activated. I have used it last weekend while camping. I like it a lot! Amazon has it in black. I plan to put a total of 4. One every corner.
