$19k cash OBO.
We just upgraded to a bigger travel trailer with a slide out. This trailer sleeps five comfortably. One queen bed in the front, dinette converts to a bed, and finally bunk beds in the rear. Lots of storage spaces- underneath queen bed, underneath dining benches, above dining...
My 2020 EVO 22ft (I still have it, who wants to buy?) @ 4800# loaded is an easy tow for my G with max tow. When I picked up the 27ft Sonoma, 2 weeks ago no problem towing it @ 5350# empty.
Last weekend, towed it with ease. My junk plus two passengers is approx 1000#. That includes the heavy e2...
I guess we just got lucky. It comes with 8 yr extended warranty, coating/paint protection(?), and other upgrades. So as soon as I saw it, we grabbed the opportunity to buy it even before selling my 2020 EVO tt, of which I still need to find time to sell. Lol. Been busy camping!
It was the best...
Midlife crisis! Lol. Within less than a year- from an old 19ft hybrid , to a Forest River EVO 23.5ft, and now a 26.5ft Forest River SONOMA 2200MBH Mountain Edition with Artic package. Dry wt 5343 ouch! Good I kept my G with max tow pkg. I almost sold it to buy a diesel.
We got tired of setting...
New Port Beach RV Resort for a week before the 4th of July weekend. Enjoyed the bike ride at the Ecological Reserve bike path.
Two weeks later, 7 nights Silverwood Lake. I hauled the rolling condo first then the old boat to the campsite. The G handled the loads with ease. Mpg was 9- 12. At...
Hahaha! Crap! I forgot about that. Good thing mine doesn't have any buttons. I saved a few lbs there. Btw, I hate my key fob. I wish the sport just comes with a chip in the key handle.
Yup, same here, good memories. Oh, I am sure you've ridden those souped up tricycles with all the blings and loud sound system. Good Ol days in PI.
Btw, THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE, OVERLORD and DankjeeP!
Oh I see. That eruption was nasty. Ashes everywhere...
I haven't been to Clark AFB. I used to live(civilian) next to Subic NB and John Hay Base. When I was younger, we use to greet servicemen as "GI Joe". They used to pay for everyone's fare riding the jeep(ney) going thru the Vegas-style strip...
I've paused my quest to bank on this crazi ess. I'll settle for what I have and keep enjoying it for now. This shopping thingy takes a lot of my time. Lol.
I gave my info to three dealerships. IF I get a call....maybe I will invest another $2.5k tops for the options I want.
Yeah the camera ain't that great with the 5"; you can zoom in but I did not like it much. I have an old camera and installed it to get a different angle. I use an aftermarket rear view mirror/ dash cam as a second monitor. I can now hook/unhook the trailer by myself with ease.
I like that color...
I missed riding them. The only ones I saw here in the States were just displays in front of Filipino market/restaurant.
Per online:
They got their start as Willys Jeeps left behind when American GIs departed the Philippines at the end of World War II. Filipinos then began recycling them as...
Hahaha! I have to Google the word enamor!
I love my Max Tow. It serves the purpose of why I opted for it. I just wished I have the power dl/w. But hey- gotta love this TRUCKvertible!!!
