  1. I guess it was just a marketing ploy to gain attention

I noticed on the Jeep page the "$143/mo for 24 months" lease option is GONE!!!! No 24 mo option any longer. Lowest is 36 months and I believe it said $262/mo Now we all know the 143/mo was for a base Sport, which none have made it to the dealers yet so its been an impossible lease to get. But I...
  2. 'Retro' Graphics Option?

Also, I stole this pic. I hope you don't mind.
  3. 'Retro' Graphics Option?

It will only allow me to like a post once. That does not properly convey how much I LOVE this.
  4. What improvements would you like to see?

I also agree its definitely personal preference. I've owned pretty much nothing but trucks for the last 20+ years. ALL have had the winch under the bed. I have never had to crawl under the truck to retrieve it. Crank it down, once its on the ground, keep cranking, then just slide it out until...
  5. Leasing a Jeep Gladiator

I work for a car dealer, albeit in parts. I have, for many many years, believed undercoating to be a gimmick and just a way for the dealer to make extra profit. BUT, have you seen how quickly trucks start to rust nowadays? I have a 6 year old F150 (granted, it did come from canada) the pinch...
  6. 'Retro' Graphics Option?

I am hoping for a light and dark blue stripe option on white. Although my ultimate hope is that they offer a Yellow similar to that of Solar yellow of late TJ/earlyJK era and then go with the red and orange stripes.
  7. Can we talk financing now

Also VERY interested in leasing basics. I seem to be looking at new or new-to-me trucks on average, every 3-4 years. With that said I feel like leasing could be a very beneficial option for, IF the payment is a saving over a loan.
  8. So at the end of the day why the Gladiator? Pickup is better

I've had 2 XJ's and an LJ Rubicon. I LOOOOOOOVE Jeeps. But being a home owner there are waaaay too many situations where I NEED a truck. I am fortunate in the fact that even after selling my LJ to get a truck, I was still able to enjoy the Jeep life periodically, by driving the wife's TJ. But it...
  9. What improvements would you like to see?

In all honesty, I feel like it wont be very long before someone offers a rear bumper with spare tire mount. THIS option will solve both of your dilemmas and also create a cool look as well. I am all for this option. Although in the meantime, I think I prefer the standard pickup truck scenario...
  10. OKAY, I get it I'm new.

Thanks for including me in the inside joke y'all. I feel privileged now.
  11. OKAY, I get it I'm new.

But what the heck is the deal with all the plywood? Serious question. Obviously its an inside joke. But dangit, I just wanna be able to laugh too.
  12. What improvements would you like to see?

Please ban all the people asking for IFS! Before FCA hears that there are people asking for it. As for something I wish was offered that isn't, Power sliding rear window.
  13. Gladiator buyers - have you owned a Wrangler?

There is a 2005 TJ Sport 6spd sitting in our driveway. It has my wife's name on the title and reg. but it is OURS. My dad had a yellow 83 CJ7 Renegade when I was a kid. Iron duke with a 4spd. slower than crap, but it would go pretty much anywhere. I got away from Jeeps as I hit my teen years and...
  14. Who's going to buy a Sport S now, then a Rubicon in 2 years?

"molded in color" means the black/gray textured flares.
