There were some Punkn and Hydro blue Rubicons with black interior that got a grey dash early on but not anymore. All Rubicons being produced now with black interior will have a red dash unless you pick tan leather. if you find one for sale with a grey dash it is an early production model.

I would love to see it added to the 2021 model year.

Had my Hydra 2016 JKU parked right next to a Hydra JT and it is the exact same color. Hydra was also never offered on the JL, only Ocean blue.
