Yes the only way to get a grey dash in a Rubicon is by getting tan leather.

Seeing pictures posted of the J6 again at the SEMA show last week made me think of this thread again. If the designers really thought the red dash looked good why didn't they include it in the J6? Elementary dear Watson!

No the grey dash was the error, all Rubicon dashes are supposed to be red.

What I don't understand is why people are upset that the actual color isn't the same as the configurator when the Wayout concept vehicle was out way before they could order Gator. Why would you look at the configurator color when you can clearly see what it looks like on the concept that is...

As would any color, take a picture of the other side of that truck and you would swear they weren't the same truck. Kind of drives home the point that you shouldn't order a truck based solely on what you see in the configurator.

it doesn't display Gator or Hydro accurately, that's for sure. When it comes to Gator it shows it a few shades darker than the actual color which is a game changer. It's like going from the tuff, dark top of the gator to the soft underbelly. Yup, you all are getting the underbelly color...

The sales number of Rubicons do not reflect a like/dislike of red accents in the interior. The prime driver is the equipment that comes on a Ribicon. I would love to see the data that you are referring to that supports your comment. That focus group you refer too, what did the population consist...
