The hard top would be a great choice for look and function most of the time, but when I need to carry something larger that won't fit under the cap I need to remove it and I don't have ceiling hight or floor space to store it, and removal takes too long (not to mention how much of a pain it is)...

Just FYI my CAI came installed from the factory. Interestingly, the big (useless) plastic engine cover didn't come with the JT. I assume it doesn't fit with the CAI. It was so long ago that I drove a JTR without CAI that I don't know how much noise difference it makes, but it certainly isn't quite.
