That only solves half the problem, in that the horn still honks with remote start.

That's a very clean install, especially with the capped plug for the mic. Thanks for the pics.

Until Tazer or the other company JScan(?) come out with a solution the best option I've read thus far is removing the horn fuse killing the horn all together. If they don't have a solution I'd be tempted to disconnect the horn and bypass all the OEM electronics with a small simple switch...

What mount did you use to mount the base up there? Do you think the MTX 575 is likely to fit (I think it is 1.5-2" longer (but not sure).

I'm surprised you were able to get a status code from them at any point. They've never provided me with anything beyond generic info. I believe contacting your dealer is the only means to get the order status codes.
