Naaaa, I have a Bronco and a JT, no difference in start up except that the Bronco accelerates when you push the skinny pedal. That said, I drive the JT daily and wife drives the Bronco. She loves it. I actually prefer the JT.

Love my Roll-n-lock - super easy to open and close, looks great, has rail option and mounted my rack straight to it. Killer combo imho.

Spot on. And when the passenger pushes the visor too far forward the plastic part cracks leaving the dangling visor. Happened to a friends JL and so I’ve been careful with the JT and no issues so far. It’s unfortunate plastic was chosen for that retainer - but it won’t break without some “help”...

Wow, sounds like some really poor work at the dealer. Just a guess, but sounds like more related issues and possibly more bolts that weren’t torqued to spec. I wouldn’t drive it unless it was to a nearby independent mechanic to look it over. An independent look would be helpful before taking it...

I’m sorry you saw it as a complaint. Again, it’s my opinion. I agree there are better solutions including removing the Aux battery all together. I had a trip to Moab upcoming and decided the workaround was good enough given other prep needed. I still feel it is. You are entitled to your opinion...

An aux battery used for a fuel economy feature that can make the entire vehicle inoperable is not well designed in my opinion. This is my opinion as stated and you are welcome to yours without being insulting. If you like it, more power to you; I don’t.

This is exactly what I did - pulled the fuse and then also removed the negative cable from the main battery that goes to the Aux battery. Did this because the Aux battery was killing my brand new main battery. Also have disabled auto stop/start of course. IMHO, this is not a well designed...

I too like my leather seats. Just back from an 18 hour drive over two days returning from Moab and they did as well as any seats after such a long trip. 7-8 hours is no issue.

My aux starting draining my main too. Did exactly the same but just left the dumb aux battery down there. Maybe I’ll get around to removing it someday. Terrible moronic design

Common issue as described above, many times caused by the passenger pushing the visor too far forward. The part holding that visor arm is plastic and is easy to break. Terrible design

The major issues with all these hybrid systems is complexity and weight. Yes, Toyota is going fullon hybrid on their way to full electric because of the EPA mileage requirements, but that's Toyota who builds a superior quality product. Even at that I wouldn't buy one. For Jeep, unfortunately...

2020 JTR - I disabled mine and disconnected the aux battery after it kept draining my main battery - Unnecessary complication I don't want leaving me stranded in the middle of nowhere.
