I have the same 'issue'. I have a Mojave with a manual with 37k miles on it. It started around 25k miles? I don't remember. It's been going on for some time and hasn't gotten worse. Equally no codes or warning lights and once I hit the next stop light it seems to idle perfectly.

As I always say, always go with a Mojave. In your case, could have saved yourself a bunch of vehicle purchases/sales.

Something I’ve noticed with this vehicle, after 6 vehicles purchased new, is the interior has really held up nicely in that there is no squeaks or rattles. As for OP post, shame you had issues.

I've thrown a lot of wood in my bed and no issues. I got the spray in bed liner because I know that I use my bed. If you're going to use your bed, should make sure to protect it. My old Ranger didn't have any bed liner and it was very much dented (not that I cared, was old and already dented...
