No I did not, there are 2 extra holes where there are not existing plastic rivets to put the screws in. After I put in the plastic rivets everything seemed tight and lined up well so I did not put the screws in also. Time will tell but seemed fine to me.
No they are not, I got those off of Amazon. I wish weatherTech made a set Flairs that fit well with the Mud Flaps, the fronts were good, the backs worked fine, but didn't fit together quite as well,
I noticed on your rear flares you put your WeatherTech flaps over your flairs (like your front). Can I get a side view of that? My WeatherTechs came up a bit over my stock fenders and I didn't think it would work well putting the WeatherTechs on top of the Flairs because of that reason on the...
Yeah my back fenders are getting pretty beat up just from this winter already, I figured these would help protect the rear as well.
Most of that mud was just from the drive home after I washed on the way home from work. I wanted it to be cleaned when I put them on and drove super slow but...
I have never had mud flaps on my vehicles but I live on a unpaved, poorly maintained township road. Every time I would clean my Gladiator and leave the driveway it would throw mud up the side, so I decided to do something. I put on the weathertech mud flaps and fender flairs both. I will get...
We ended up buying a Grid Guard to put around our motorhome to keep the Squirrels and Mice out. Wasn't cheap but neither is repairs. Basically an electrified stainless steel mat, doesn't kill them but sure keeps them away from it. Accidentally set down on it one day, I sure know why they stay...
You can also hold the power button in for 10 seconds to do a reboot, the screen will turn black and then restart. This will also fix the issues. I also have had to do that a couple times when I loose the touch feature on the screen.
Awesome!!! Glad you got everything working, I know I was excited once I got this working on my Jeep. Not much money and a great feature to have, I know I love mine and they work great!
Do you now have the setting in screen in your Jeep? After this was completed I think I had to go into the setting on the Jeep screen (Stereo) and enable it there. So once I was done with everything the setting appeared in my screen of the Jeep and I was able to turn it on there.
My steel front bumper came with that already installed, and we do not have a front license plate in PA. Is this the winch ready front bumper? What is in the spot where the hawsse/fairlead would mount?
I just finished my winch install. As others have suggested either approach works for the safety concern of having the hot heavy cable running to your front bumper in case of a collision.
I chose the disconnect over the solenoid. So yes I have to open my hood to activate my winch versus...
BTW the auto high/low beams on my jeep work great! I was very happy with the way they perform, no issues at all.
While in there with Jscan I also allowed the fog lights to stay on with the high beams, they don't automatically go off now on high beams, I like the extra light even on high beams.
Jscan is just a software download to your phone, I have an Android device.
https://jscan.net/
Then you need a bluetooth ODBII adapter, if you go to the Jscan site they have ones they tested and recommend. I had one at the house from my F150 and it worked fine so I didn't need to purchase...
Yup just flash it with Jscan (or something else), nothing else needed to make it happen, it works great! You can probably also do this with tazer, I used jscan because it was cheaper and I really didn't need a tazer, jscan could do everything i wanted. This is what i did:
My 2024 Rubicon came...
Do you have Adaptive Cruise control? If you already have adaptive cruise control it is a simple setting to change via Jscan.
My 2024 Rubicon came with adaptive cruise control but not auto high/low beams. I enabled it through Jscan it was easy peasy. Hardest part was getting to the adapter...
