It is my opinion that the stabilizer should be moved from the factory location anyway to avoid potential (likely) damage. A mount like what Clayton and other aftermarket suspension companies offer is more ideal. The TS-style stabilizers may still require a model-specific tie rod mount...
I would take it back to the dealer that replaced the steering box and request they fix it under warranty. They also need to tech that tech how to do the job properly so they don’t damage more Jeeps doing the same thing.
What would your theory be on why 5w-30 should be used instead of 0w-20 to prevent the startup tick? Considering 0w-20 is the factory spec, could this cause issues if there were subsequent failures which should be covered by warranty?

If I had a stock Max Tow, and wasn’t going to lift it, I would probably go with a 285 on +12. I think a 265 on -12 might look a little funny. That’s just me though.
