Me too I guess. I donāt see a whole lot of difference in pushing the bushing a few inches past the bottom of the swing and having the whole wheel possibly dangling and stopping with the shock travel when 4wheeling. It might be a few inches further in travel but it doesnāt seem like to me once...
I did mine the second week I had it. Didnāt loosen the lcaās and it took me about 4 hours. Not hard and I wasnāt in a rush for once. I swapped to rubi springs and shocks at the same time and got a nice little lift and level ride. I didnāt change the lcaās.
Does anyone know the difference in...
I had my door bolts off week two that I had her and they arenāt going back on. I got some door pin guides that need to go on. No rattling and I can have all four doors off in about 5 minutes if I want. Using a little impact with the door stop speeds everything up quite a bit.
I don't have a garafge but used some of the 6" hooks for bicycles on my fence, 2 per door. Open the windows, remove the door and hang in on the fence. Someone on here had a picture of a channel type hanger they got from lowes that looked pretty good too.
I've got the same setup but added the full 1 1/2" leveling bushings. I think it rides much more planted and firm than the stock willys setup. It turns much better as well, it still rides like a jeep and a truck but I noticed a difference.
No noise at all when you step on the pedal when you're in park? I noticed it one other time when I was in the neighborhood with the doors off but can't hear it when driving or moving. I'm waiting for a key to come in to the dealer so I guess I'll have them take a look when it finally comes in.
Hi yāall,
Iāve got a ā21 Willys that Iāve noticed an electronic hissing noise when the brake pedal is pushed, or released when in park. This happens when stationary and when driving Iāve noticed. Has anyone else heard this?
Thanks!
My dash cam is behind the mirror. The power wire runs over the drivers side up in the plastic and down the A pillar to the OBD2 port. Took about 5 minutes to run the wire that way and you hardly can see the camera or the wire.
It's not normal. Look up some of my other posts. I had the same thing, picked up mine on 3/26 and have had the play since day one. I took it to one dealer who said its not right but looks right-there's nothing we'll do. I sent a message to jeep cares here on the forum, got a case started, took...
It seems pretty secure. If someone wants in that bad then there's not much that's going to stop them. My opinion, if there's more than one truck around and I've got the "most secure" tonneau and theres a soft one near, they are going to open the soft first. If you want something that secure you...
Update: I got mine delivered the other night and on. It looks great and it pouring rain right now so I'm going to take a look in a while and see how water tight it is. I do like how the install uses the built-in locations in the bed instead of clips. Also the huge gasket on the tailgate seems...
Second update-I spoke with Jeep Cares and opened a case on my steering. I ended up taking it to a much more forward and honest dealer here in my area. They were ontime, responsive and very helpful. They ended up changing out the new 2021 correct sttering box for another one that works great. The...
