Diesel engine brings the block heater installed with or w/o the option. If you dont order it you just have to buy the electrical plug to plug into the block
Not a good idea. While the engine is on and the jeep not moving/airflow, all the exhaust fumes would rise and make their way into the cabin. The tip would have to exit in a location where it has "nothing" above it.
