My spare has a tpms. When I rotate it in it takes about a minute or so of driving and the system picks up the sensor. I've done 6 tire rotations and I've had no issues.
I have the exact same setup as this and the only bad part is you hit your bump stops frequently. The front didn't sag much but the added weight seems to be a bit much for the soft mojave springs. I'm thinking about swapping out the front to a 3 " coil and leave the Aev puck in the rear.

I have these on my Mojave. Fitment is perfect and the quality of the materials feels and looks oem imo.
Do you need them with a 2" lift no, but they do improve the ride especially on the highway. I drove for a month without the geo brackets before installing them and to me it was a significant change. I used the Rancho geo brackets as they are much cheaper and beefier in my opinion.
It may be your main battery that is the problem. Either leave the system as is and replace both batteries or do the aux battery delete and replace your main battery.
Keep the light load setting at 0psi
Set the max load at the pressure you are planning to inflate your tires to. It will trigger around 25% below your max load setting.
