He is saying a more robust or let's say stiffer stabilizer will only hide what the actual cause of the pull is. Like I said earlier I would remove the stabilizer and drive it for awhile and see if the pull is there or not.
1- you will need to get a sensor at the dealer
2- the tire in the spare position will not display the psi. When you rotate that tire in it may take a few mile of driving to show up on the display
