Be interesting to know if the other one was built around that time(10-22-19), although the engines are probably made well in advance of jeep, but one might assume they would be in a batch that went into jeeps at same time.
What is your build date (MDH # = month/day/hour)? It's on a sticker on pillar between doors on drivers side. Also see if you can find out MDH# of the other one.
Does anyone know what size thread the bolt nearest cab holding the cowl cover on is? If it's 10mm I think I would try something like this screwed in there...

Per catdaddy63's edit looks as if the changeover day for 2020's is most likely 8/13 or 8/14 about a week after date of TSB.
Kinda wondering what day they changed over to building 2021's.
I noticed some of the options cost more as well, like hardtop. I think the 2021 Jeep cost went up $500 so folks think ah that's not too bad not noticing the options being more.
