One of my companies is a forged wheel dealer for several brands. My favorite wheel brand is Forgeline, so I'll be installing a set of their FF3 wheels in 17x10.0 +12. Here is a quick photoshop of how they will appear. Transparent Smoke over brushed centers, Satin Black lip. Tires will be Nitto...
Installed Rydonair 13-inch flexible antenna. Purchased from Amazon. FM signal seems to be the same, but I also live near a large city with strong FM signal anyways. https://amzn.to/2LHEBNy
Rugged Ridge door sill protectors. These are nice quality for the price. I like how they cover most of...
I found that the Rubicon had a rougher ride, slightly more body roll when cornering, and the steering felt more vague / wandering on the highway, compared with the Mojave. It was noticeable.
Within the first couple weeks, I did some minor enhancements.
Rugged Ridge Armis folding tonneau cover. I like the Line-X bedliner sprayed surface, it looks similar to the factory bedliner finish, and it matches the black freedom hardtop roof pretty well. Fitment was very good. Buy here...
I'll be using this thread to document the modifications and information about my 2020 Jeep Gladiator Mojave, so that I'll have all the information in one location.
I bought the truck in September. MSRP was $54,935 but I paid invoice, which was just over $50K. Here are the options on the truck.
Funny story here. My wife and I rented a Wrangler Sahara for a week, on a road trip a few months ago. She drove it most of the time, and complained about how the steering sucked and the Jeep would wander in it's own lane. After that week, she wouldn't even consider a Jeep.
When we got home, I...
They should fit. Those AEV wheels still move the tire centerline outward 12mm (+37 OEM vs +25 AEV). We already know a 35" and 37" tire can fit on the OEM Mojave wheels and clear. AEV should have more clearance on the backside of the tire.
That's great to know! I'd say my steering is "tolerable" with the Mojave. One of my FCA engineering friends said the Mojave drives better than the others simply because it has the steel steering knuckles, which have less flex. I'll bet that TSB steel steering box makes it even better.
Both the Raptor and Mojave feel slow to me. But, I don't expect my trucks to be fast. I have a few cars to better satisfy that speed craving. Consider "slow" just a relative term, in this case. I don't feel the Mojave or Raptor are underpowered. Both serve their purpose.
People tend to assume Jeep's "Sting Gray" / Dodge's "Destroyer" are the same color as Ford's "Lead Foot Gray".
The two colors are very similar, but the Ford is just a tiny bit darker.
These are the two trucks I cross-shopped, but I bought the Mojave. The Ford was a little quicker (but still...
Here are some photos of Rubicon/Mojave fenders compared to standard fenders. The main visual difference is the valley formed where the fenders meet the truck body. The Rubicon/Mojave fenders are also a little higher for added tire clearance.

I measured my Mojave for wheels last week. I'm a dealer for some forged wheel brands, and spec'd out a set of 17x10 +12 Forgeline wheels built for it. I plan on running 37 x 12.5 tires. I went with the same offset (and tire centerline) as the Mopar aftermarket Jeep wheels, because I like how...
If most of your offroading is going to be backroads and dirt trails, the Mojave will work better. If you plan on doing rock crawling, the Rubicon will be better.
If you can, test drive both. They have their own personalities. The Mojave rides smoother, steering feels slightly more precise due...
Greetings everyone. I picked up my 2020 Mojave a week ago, after test-driving several trucks and Jeeps of different trim levels. I thought I wanted a JT Rubicon or Ford Raptor, but I liked how the Mojave felt more planted and less loose than the other two. The Raptor was quicker, but I don't...
You might try installing a "Nutsert" into those holes, to make them threaded holes. I use this tool for adding threaded holes to sheetmetal. There are videos on YouTube showing how it works.

I had no idea the Mojave hood itself was taller. I assumed it was just a scoop difference. That pic he posted makes it appear that even the sides of the Mojave hood is taller. Cowl areas different, as well. Interesting.
I'll add my input to this popular question, having just spent the last month reading about both, watching numerous videos about both, and test driving both. For context, I've wanted a Rubicon for a while. I don't plan on doing a big build, and it has most of the parts I'd already want.
For me...
