Drove mine from Atlanta to San Antonio and back over 6 days with the wife. She is 5’11” and had plenty of room. I didn’t want to give up driving as I was having such a good time, but she did drive once and I sat on the passenger side. I’m 6’4” and it wasn’t expansive, but comfortable.
Impossible to say. At the required torque (184lb-ft), 50lb-ft is less than 1/4 turn. To achieve the required torque, a three foot piece of pipe slipped over a 1/2” ratchet will require significant force. Any picture is not going to really help. That said, yours looks very close!
