Interesting Jeep will warranty their lift kit which does NOT correct all the geometry changes, but not others which do. Hmmm...
Don't they also sell and warranty the AEV 370 upgrade as a new vehicle?
Yeah coilovers, long arms, tons, hydro would solve all the problems, but I'm working within parameters here.
I was running 37 and now that you mention it, that may have contributed. I had chalked it up to the Falcon's digressive valving. I haven't had them on the 40s yet.
You are on to something here based on where the transmission routes power through it in different gears. Probably going to have to get that info from someone knowledgeable in this transmission.
All things being equal, it determines how much and where the stress is distributed back through the driveline.
A higher rear end gear ratio will concentrate more stress from the wheels to the pinion gear, with less stress forward of that.
The lower rear end gear ratio will distribute the...

I have adjustable shocks. I'm content with them where it matters most except if I could adjust in the cab. We'll see about that.
Right now, as with piroman, I want more travel from the coils. I think the single rates on their way may fix the front. Coilovers are great...
Teraflex makes as spring retention kit.
How is this going?
I'm happy with my shocks (except for washboards.) It's really a spring issue right now, and coilovers are not in the equation ($$$) though I'm sure they'd fix the problem.
I don't think so. Just the basics still has a lot a work truck doesn't need, and falls way short of what it does need, NTM directly attacking the "fun, forget about work, and go play" brand image.
They can build a shiny turd and the consumer base will clamor for it.
The discriminating shopper...
Testing it out on some jumbo speed bumps with a bed loaded with tools gives a good idea. My current shock setup is temporary and they are not as soft as the factory foxes, but they're not firm either. The Rough Countrys are a decent road shock. For the last 20k+ miles I've had Falcon adjustables...
Factory camera is money for all the reasons stated. Since I swapped out my interior, it's the only thing left I wish I'd ordered. Would use it all the time if I had it.
You'll enjoy the many other benefits of the Tazer.
I feel like Goldilocks. Can't find the combo that's "just right."
Hitting decent bumps with 300lb in the bed, I still can't get the rear suspension to utilize the last 3-4" of uptravel.
It may have to come down to custom springs seeing as no one that I've found is advertising single rate rear...
Could be a bad spring. Could be on the wrong side. Could be any component added is out of spec. Could be a spring perch out of spec hidden at the factory.
It might be a good idea to start over from the beginning. I recently had to return an aftermarket bracket from a reputable brand because it...
