My previous jeep was a JKUR, 3.5” lift and 35’s. I wheeled it stock and then did all my work.
I got my JTR and went straight to the trails. I found out where I was hitting and made a plan. 3.5” lift and 37’s. Now I enjoy where I wheel and drive my vehicle. Do I want 40’s , sure, but no real at’s...
Just a fyi tip. You should paint pen all your nuts and bolts that’s on your suspension and steering components, especially ones that were touched when doing your components. Just helps keep a visual track of what’s choking on with them. Cheers
Another thank you to @Aberk for the help for the right color match thread coloring. The red is a great match…. Oh yeah point of the post…. I colored my steering wheel from bronze to red. Super easy to do… just time and patience.
Sorry not much on the rock jock pro… I have the rear anti rock and it’s been solid for the past 6ish months. But can’t tell you much else on them.
The mc gc 3.5” lift is amazing though. I have it and had it in on over two years… and I’ve done no maintenance to the joints… yes you read that...
I once was sitting a shops waiting room near their counter, waiting on a alignment. There was a young woman at the front counter crying her eyes out on the phone. I overheard her say that shop said she need new brakes and rotors… it was near $1500 to replace. I felt pretty bad for her.
