I had some Rubicon take off shocks on it but I didn't like the ride with those shocks. I may end up looking at changing springs if nothing works out or maybe maybe the JT pull will be to great (LOL)
I think the trade in values have normalized but the new prices and used sale prices have not from what It looks like. I don't know I am fine in the truck but she seems to have a hard time with the seats on her back. We did a trip to Baton Rouge recently which is only 5 hours and she was...
So recently my wife has come down with some rather troublesome back issues. Riding in my JT seems to be hard on her and her back if we do any distance. So I have contemplated moving back into the Ram 1500. I guess about a year or so ago there were numerous offers to me to sell my JT for more...
I managed to get mine during Covid and even then very few of them were willing to do anything. Finally managed to get couple of the Auto Nation dealerships going against each other and got a decent deal
I just have the Wildpeak AT tires and have been rotated every 5000 miles. I am going to try to take them to 40K and then replace them unless some super sale comes along or they just get to loud. My wife commented again this evening how loud they have gotten.
That wet road rating I saw on some websites and now here from a few folks is something I will have to consider cause often I can be in lots of wet weather and traffic that stops quickly
I'm probably going to ride them for another 5K and then make a switch but just wanted to start getting some ideas especially if happen to see something on sale
Thanks for the info will do some research on them as well. Since its mainly daily driver and to haul my kayak around the south texas coast I don't need a really aggressive tire. The wildpeaks were ok but kind of surprised at the wear even with me rotating every 5000 miles. Something quieter and...
Anyone running these who can give any feedback. I am 35K in on my Wildpeaks and I don't see them making it to 45K or 50K miles so starting to look at what is going to go on next. Its mostly my DD with some sand and occasional backroad trail. I still have not decided if going to stay at 33 or go...
Cushion for your butt. I drove mine up to Oxfor, MS and back to Katy, TX. After a while my butt was looking for some cushion.
Also some ear plugs for everyone cause the interstate can be kind a loud with a soft top if your going to cruise it along at 70 +
I had both the hard top and soft top for my JT. If I would have had the space to store it I would have kept both but that was not the case and I had to make a decision on which was best. I sold the hard top and kept the Soft top since its likely the hard top was never going back on much...
If ya need more cushion we use these on kayaks when out all day and they make a huge difference

Whoop de do you put two dogs. I put two people and a dog and sometimes 3 people in the back of mine. No one has had any complaints. 3.6 is fine for 95% of owners. Lacking for power for what towing ? Sure it lacks it somewhat but that was know from the start with these trucks. Most people seem to...
All of those things were known and well documented many times way before you bought your gladiator yet you still bought it over a Ram 1500 which sounds like what you wanted is a full-size truck. I put my dog and dog crate in and out of the back seat all the time. I load my back seat up with more...
The majority of Jeep buyers could care less about any of those new features in reality other than perhaps a more gas economical engine. Its a DD or a Mall Crawler for them and yes the doors and top come off but honestly all of the jeeps or Gladiators I see on a daily basis never ever have the...
